Our Fees

​

Fundamentals Fiduciary Group, LLC, maintains the following schedule of fees.

 

The tasks below are billed in increments of tenths of an hour and reflect the actual time spent. Staff bills  at the hourly rates listed below.

Fiduciary Services $135 / hr 

Court appearances, client visits, meeting with third-party agencies, correspondence and other  communication with interested parties, inventory and appraisement of assets, marshalling assets,  benefit procurement and maintenance, annual and forensic accounting services, medical appointment  attendance, account reconciliation.  

​

Agency Services $135 / hr 

Includes tasks falling within the designations of Consultant, Agent, stand-alone Power of Attorney,  Successor Trustee, and advance Personal Representative. These services may require a contractual  agency agreement.  

​

Administrative Services $75 / hr 

Maintenance of client files including initial set-up, review of receipts, bill payment, client banking  transactions not requiring a licdensed fiduciary, administrative phone inquiries; 2nd person for activities requiring two FFG, LLC staff.  

​

Shopping $50 / hr

Shopping with or for clients, inclusive of personal and medical items.  

​

Expenses

Postage / Delivery – costs billed at current federal and private rates  

​

Mileage – costs billed at the current Internal Revenue Service rate  

​

All other expenses incurred on the client’s behalf by FFG, LLC will be billed at cost.

​

The above may be adjusted with thirty (30) days written notice to the parties as required by A.R.S 14- 5109.  

Fundamentals Fiduciary Group operates under Fiduciary License Number: 20947. This is an active license,  issued by the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), and subject to regulation  as such. The regulations governing licensed fiduciaries and fiduciary entities are specified in the Arizona  Code of Judicial Administration 7-201: General Requirements and 7-202: Fiduciaries. Administrative rules  adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court include a Code of Conduct that all licensed fiduciaries must  follow.
